Bizloop Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bizloop website (www.bizloop.in), the member platform (app.bizloop.in) and the Bizloop Android and iOS apps (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Pushpa Corporation, a sole proprietorship with its principal place of business in Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Bizloop", "we", "us"). 1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Bizloop is a B2B business networking platform where business owners and professionals connect, discover each other and do business. To use it you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law;
  • use the Platform for genuine business purposes, on behalf of a real business or profession you own or represent;
  • complete our onboarding and verification process.

We may accept or reject any application, and may ask for more information before or after approval.

2. Accounts and Verification

  • Members are onboarded through a set of verification steps, including verification of your GST and UDYAM (Udyam Registration) details. Verification is a screening step only. It is not a certificate, guarantee or endorsement of any member (see Section 11).
  • You must give accurate, current and complete information, and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One person may hold one account. Accounts cannot be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Membership, Bizpoints, Payments and Refunds

Annual Pass

Bizloop membership is paid from day one. You get access to the app and its member features only after you buy the Annual Pass. The price of the Annual Pass will be announced at launch. Plans and prices are shown in the app and may change for future purchases and renewals. A price change never affects a pass you have already paid for.

No refunds

All payments made to Bizloop are final and non-refundable. This includes membership fees, renewals and event or advertising payments, and applies even if you stop using the Platform, delete your account, or your account is suspended or terminated.

Payment gateway

We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. Bizloop is not responsible or liable for any transaction failure, delayed confirmation, or deduction without activation caused by Razorpay, your bank or your payment method. If a payment fails or money is deducted without your pass being activated, write to us at contact@bizloop.in with your transaction details. We will coordinate with Razorpay to get the payment settled, either by activating your membership or by the amount being reversed to you through the gateway. Final settlement timelines rest with Razorpay and your bank.

Bizpoints

  • 1 Bizpoint = ₹1.
  • Bizpoints can be used only towards renewal of the Annual Pass. At most 50% of the renewal amount can be paid using Bizpoints. The remaining amount must be paid through the payment gateway.
  • Bizpoints have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged for money or anything else.
  • You earn 100 Bizpoints when a person you refer joins Bizloop, meaning they buy the Annual Pass and get access to the app.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts and any misuse of the referral system will lead to Bizpoints being cancelled and may lead to account termination.
  • Bizpoints lapse if your account is deleted, suspended or terminated. [Expiry period for unused Bizpoints, if any: confirm.]
  • We may change or discontinue the Bizpoints programme for the future, with notice. Points already earned remain usable as described above.

4. Business Listings and Your Content

  • You own the content you post (profile, business listing, posts, images, logos). By posting it, you give Bizloop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share it with other members and on the Platform for the purpose of running and promoting Bizloop.
  • You are solely responsible for your content. You confirm that it is accurate, not misleading, and that you have the right to post it.
  • We do not check every post. We may remove or restrict content that breaks these Terms or the law, or that we receive a valid complaint about.

5. Networking, Meetings and Contacting Members

  • Bizloop only provides the platform for members to find each other, communicate and do business. Any deal, contract, payment or arrangement between members is strictly between those members. Bizloop is not a party to it.
  • Bizloop does not have in-app chat. Members contact each other through a WhatsApp link (which opens WhatsApp with the context of the post) or a call. Once you move to WhatsApp or a call, WhatsApp's or your carrier's own terms apply.
  • Online meetings are hosted on Bizloop's own servers. Do not record, screenshot or share meeting content without the consent of all participants.
  • Do not use other members' contact details for spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything unrelated to genuine business interest. Members may report such misuse to us.

Business opportunities, jobs and matching

  • Members can post business opportunities (as a provider or a seeker) and job openings (upcoming in updates), and can respond or apply to them.
  • Bizloop is not an employer, recruiter or agent, and does not guarantee any hire, job, supplier, buyer or deal.
  • Do not charge job seekers any fee, or ask them for money, in return for a job or an interview. Fake or misleading posts will be removed.
  • When you apply to a job or respond to an opportunity, the member who posted it can see your profile and the details you submit.

Offline meetups and coffee meets

  • Bizloop may organise national meetups, and members may create coffee meets near them. Meetups created by members are not organised or supervised by Bizloop.
  • Attend at your own risk. Take normal safety care when meeting people in person, and follow the law and the venue's rules.

6. Advertising, Sponsors and Events

  • Bizloop may show advertisements and sponsored placements on the Platform. Paid placements are made by advertisers, and their appearance is not an endorsement or recommendation by Bizloop.
  • Bizloop may organise yearly events for members. Event details, fees and any extra terms will be shared at the time. Taking part is at your own risk and responsibility.

Running ads

  • Members can run ads in the app by choosing a placement and dates and paying in advance at the rate shown at the time.
  • Ad payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in Section 3.
  • Ads must follow Section 7. We may review, reject or remove any ad. You are responsible for the claims made in your ad.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • create a fake, misleading or impersonating profile, or give false business details;
  • commit or attempt fraud, cheating, or any illegal act through the Platform;
  • post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene or infringing content;
  • promote illegal goods or services, or schemes that mislead members;
  • spam members, or scrape, copy or harvest member data;
  • harass, threaten or abuse any member, or disrupt meetings and events;
  • upload malware, or try to hack, probe, overload or bypass the security of the Platform;
  • resell or share your membership, or misuse Bizpoints or the referral system.

If you break these rules, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account without refund, and, where needed, report the matter to authorities or take legal action.

8. Our Intellectual Property

The Platform, including the Bizloop name, logo, design, software and content created by us, belongs to Bizloop and is protected by Indian law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform as a member. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third parties such as Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp (member contact), hosting and email providers, and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Bizloop is not responsible for their acts, outages or failures. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

10. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion

  • By you: You can delete your account at any time from the settings in the app, or by emailing us at contact@bizloop.in. Deletion does not entitle you to any refund, and unused Bizpoints are forfeited. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, commit or are suspected of fraud or misuse, fail to pay, or if the law requires. No refund will be given.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue (no refunds, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No guarantee

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Bizloop does not guarantee any business result, lead, deal, income, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No guarantee against fraud

Members are onboarded through a set of verification steps, but verification does not guarantee that any member, business, listing, claim or transaction is genuine, safe or lawful. If a member commits fraud, misrepresents anything, fails to pay or deliver, or causes you any loss, Bizloop has no responsibility or liability for it. Always do your own checks before dealing with anyone. Any dispute is between you and that member, and you may use the remedies available to you under law, including reporting to the police or cyber authorities.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold harmless Bizloop, Pushpa Corporation and its proprietor, team and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your dealings with other members, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Grievance Redressal

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can raise any complaint about content, your account, payments or the Platform with our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. For complaints about personal data, see the Privacy Policy. For general queries and payment issues, write to contact@bizloop.in. For feedback, write to feedback@bizloop.in.

14. Governing Law, Disputes, Changes and Contact

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes: Please first write to us at legal@bizloop.in so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at [Mumbai, Maharashtra: confirm].
  • Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you through the app, email or WhatsApp. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
  • General: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Bizloop.
